Setting Up
Once you have registered you will need to configure your contact centre to suit your business. You should read through the Administrators Manual and explore the various screens to familiarise yourself with the system.
Start Calling
When you are ready you should read through the Agent User Manual while making some test calls to yourself. This allows you to navigate the main agent screens and demonstrate them to your staff without the pressure of a real customer on the line.

You can click the icons to get a short explanation of a setting or button.You can use the help button at the top right of the screen to bring up a floating helper with information on how to use the administrator page you are viewing.
