Easycall Total is our managed service product. Our dedicated team of technical experts will build your bespoke solution exactly to your specification.

The Easycall Total service provides development resources which already have the expertise to integrate data processing and telecoms systems which minimises the time and cost of rolling out highly bespoke solutions. Easycall retains all IPR in final solutions, allowing subsequent customers to benefit from the re-use of previous development work, again minimising development costs.

Application processing and data storage are provided on a Software as a Service (SAAS) model, where the Easycall development engineering team retain responsibility for the ongoing operation and maintenance of the final solution. This means bug fixes or enhancements can be executed with the minimum of delay or cost. One off tasks such as data imports or exports can also be provided as professional services.

The applications and databases access Easycall's Cloud Computing infrastructure, which operates in a "5x9s" environment, featuring services and network access split over three geographically separate sites in London, with a forth out-of-London site providing offline data archiving in case of total disaster affecting all three London sites.

Customers using the Easycall Total service do not need to employ permanent or contract developers or incur their ongoing costs. We can provide a service level agreement (SLA) tailored to meet your requirements, with 24x7 support as standard.
