10 Steps to dialling with Easycall Now

  1. Enter your company details.
  2. Assign an admin user name and password. This is how you access reports and real-time information about your campaign and agents.
  3. Choose a campaign template; the template will determine the default settings for your campaign. Options to edit default settings are available in later steps.
  4. Upload your data in CSV format into our dialler.
  5. Match your field names with our standard fields so you're insuring data is displayed as you require on the agents screens.
  6. Enter script text for your agents as a guide for calling.
  7. Upload a recorded announcement that is played in the event that there is no agent available when a call is connected. Record this message using your computer's microphone and save as a WAV file, or let us record this for you - just call .
  8. Add your agents' names and assign them passwords.
  9. Review default outcome codes (Call disposition codes) assigned with the template chosen. Edit or add your unique company outcome codes if required.
  10. Build your campaign - a success message will be displayed, a summary of your campaign (including how your agents login) will be sent to you by email. Simply top-up your account using your debit or credit card on our secure payment page and get your agents to login.
